Humanistic Economy of Liaoningis the research achievement of the major commissioned projectResearch on the Integrated Development Path of Humanism and Economy in Liaoningunder the Liaoning Provincial Social Science Planning Fund, and also a key achievement of Applied Economics, a national "Double First-Class" construction discipline at Liaoning University.Against the backdrop of striving to write a new chapter in the all-round revitalization of Liaoning, this book is grounded in the historical accumulation and realistic development of Liaoning's humanistic economy. It fully implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the revitalization and development of Northeast China and Liaoning, takes "using culture to educate people, benefit people, enrich cities, boost industries, and empower development" as its theoretical 主线,and takes the construction of "Credible Liaoning" and "Law-based Liaoning" as its supporting systems. It systematically studies the development models and practical paths of Liaoning's humanistic economy in the new era, aiming to provide decision-making support and policy references for developing Liaoning's humanistic economy and helping build a province with the best reputation for business environment. The book holds that Liaoning should take cultural resources as the foundation, and credit construction and legal guarantee as dual driving forces, to build a humanistic economic development pattern with Liaoning characteristics. On the one hand, it should draw on the advanced practices of humanistic economic development in Jiangsu and the "Jinjiang Experience", focus on developing the real economy, market economy, law-based economy, and private economy, and consolidate the industrial foundation. On the other hand, it should absorb the cultural core of "credit economy", earnestly practice "promises must be kept and words must be honored", and further optimize and upgrade Liaoning's business environment. In addition, it should attach great importance to the construction of a service-oriented government, implement the "Four-Service Principles" of "no intervention unless called, prompt response when called, keep promises, and provide thoughtful services", and play the key roles of "guide", "promoter", and "service provider" in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. By stabilizing development expectations through the rule of law and improving operational efficiency through credit, it injects sustained impetus and institutional guarantees into all-round revitalization. The book is structured into four parts:Theoretical Chapter,Mechanism Chapter,Practical Chapter, andInternational Chapter. The Theoretical Chapter sorts out the historical context and practical innovations, and explains the internal logic of humanistic economy in fostering new productive forces. The Mechanism Chapter analyzes the co-evolution of cultural industries, industrial momentum, and the integration mechanism of culture, tourism, sports, and commerce. The Practical Chapter provides specific paths for rural revitalization, ice-snow economy, large food industry, county-level development, and industrial culture transformation. The International Chapter compares the experiences of Germany, the UK, Japan, the US, Russia, and Spain, offering insights for Liaoning.
