Abstract:
The private sector is a major achievement in the development of the socialist market economy and a key force driving its progress. New quality productive forces, characterized by leaps in laborers, means of production, objects of labor, and their optimized combinations, represent the direction of advanced productive forces and possess strong momentum for development. In advancing Chinese modernization, China's private sector, with technological innovation at its core, has fully stimulated industrial vitality and significantly enhanced economic resilience, establishing itself as a crucial vehicle for cultivating new quality productive forces. It is of great practical significance to conduct an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and historical logic behind leveraging the private sector to advance new quality productive forces, adhere to the "Two Unwaverings," implement precise policy measures, promote entrepreneurship, and explore pathways and key focal points for driving the development of new quality productive forces through the private economy.
