MA Xiangjun is currently the Vice Dean of China Economic Research Institute (CERI) and Professor of CERI and School of Finance and Trade at Liaoning University. She received her Doctoral Degree from University of Virginia. She worked as an Associate Professor at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), an Economist/Manager in the Transfer Pricing team in Deloitte Tax LLP (Office of Bay Area, California), a Visiting Scholar at National School of Development (NSD) at Peking University, and a Temporarily Transferred Officer at the Department of WTO Affairs in the Ministry of Commerce of China. Her research interests include international trade, international taxation and Multinational Enterprises, Applied Microeconomics, and Political Economy. Her papers are published in prestigious SSCI journals such as Journal of International Economics. She teaches International Trade,Intermediate Microeconomics, Principles of Economics, etc.
