摘要：In this paper, we examine the regional trade-off between inflation and unemployment using a state-level dataset. Our analysis delves into both the reduced-form correlation and the structural Phillips curve with a state-level panel dataset. By applying a data-driven classification method, we account for potential nonlinearities and explore unobserved heterogeneity across states. Our findings underscore the presence of these nonlinearities and group patterns, highlighting that the flattening and return of the Phillips curve are regional and sporadical.

王一如助理教授毕业于西班牙庞培法布拉大学，获经济学博士学位，现为美国匹兹堡大学经济系助理教授。主要研究领域包括计量经济学，时间序列、宏观计量、实证宏观、面板数据等。多项研究成果发表于国际经济学顶级学术期刊，如计量经济学杂志（Journal of Econometrics）、Stata Journal等。多次获邀在各个学术机构发表演讲。
